FFP & Consumer Groups Demand a Seat at the Table

Companies like Ticketmaster have made it clear that profits are more valuable than their customers. As the New Jersey Assembly considers new ticketing legislation, our mission is to represent the interests of fans against those of the ticket industry.

Take a look at the letter (below) that we sent to members of the New Jersey State Assembly. It makes it clear to New Jersey legislators that the interests of fans, not ticket companies like Ticketmaster, need to be a priority. When it comes to transparency, fees, and ticket software “bots,” fans deserve protection to be protected under the law like any other consumer. Working with the Consumer League of New Jersey, Consumer Action, National Consumer League, and with the support of fans across New Jersey, we’re going to make sure that fans like you have a seat at the table.
