As thousands lined up outside the Roseland Ballroom last week to see Radiohead’s first NYC shows in years, frustrations with the ticketing process boiled over. See first-hand what Radiohead fans had to say about their experience:

We spoke with dozens of fans about the ticketing for this show. The stories were often the same.

Fans were frustrated by the lack of transparency in the ticket market, and angry that the quick sell-outs might be due to someone gaming the system.  Sadly, well-meaning efforts by Radiohead to get tickets in the hands of fans by requiring that all tickets be picked up at will-call clearly increased problems at the door and made the experience worse, not better, for fans.

Fans deserve a fair, transparent ticketing system that helps them see the bands they love.

If you support those principles, take a minute to sign the Fan Bill of Rights.

The ticket market is broken. But if fans join together, we can begin to fix it.
