Today, the South Bergenite reports that the Borough of East Rutherford took a stand against restrictive paperless ticketing by passing a resolution opposing the practice.
Councilman Joel Brizzi, a NY Giants season ticket holder and sponsor of the resolution, summarized the issue: “Paperless tickets give large ticketing companies complete control of the market which leaves consumers with higher prices and fewer choices.”
